Our Roots
We have been in the “creativity business” for a very long time! The journey from our humble beginnings as a three-person custom exhibit house founded by Bill Violette, began in 1987, while doing trade shows for our flagship customer, Otis Elevator. This was followed by a merger with Ultra Graphics (a boutique sign shop) in 1992, founded by Joe and Joel Roy. Over time we have expanded from a 4,500 sq ft shop with seven employees to the 73,000 sq ft headquarters with 47 team members in Cheshire CT where we reside today.
Our Creations
Our talented team of “creative individuals” and “craftsmen” have built a reputation as innovative partners for local, national and international businesses. We’ve become experts not only at creating world-class signage, exhibits, broadcast sets, and experiences, but also guiding our clients every step of the way. We’re more than a sign shop, an exhibit house and an event production company…we’re the sum of all our parts! Client satisfaction is our mission. More than anything else, it drives us – not just as an organization, but as individuals. Whatever the project, our passion for a job well done and that ultimate ‘WOW’ factor inspires us to create innovative and original solutions.

We’ve won 3 Emmy Awards for Outstanding Set Design, in 2012, 2015, and most recently in 2020 for our work on the MSG Studio, SNY Studio, and NESN, respectively.

CONNECTICUT ENTREPRENEUR AWARD WINNER
The CT Entrepreneur Awards identify, recognize, and celebrate the state’s leading entrepreneurs and ventures. We were the 2019 Community Favorite, as well as the Honorable Mention for Entrepreneur of the Year!
Our Contribution
During our tenure in the broadcast sector, we have pioneered three models of remote, modular broadcast desks known as our signature “VERSA” Broadcast Desks. These desks can be seen almost any night on television and every day at high-profile sporting events. With over 300 of these desks in the market, “VERSA” has become the industry standard. It’s pretty cool to know that we invented a product that has become a valuable tool in the broadcast industry. You can see more of our VERSA desks here.
