Kentucky Farm Bureau – Broadcast Studio
As the “Voice of Kentucky Agriculture”, the team at Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) implicitly understands the importance of communicating a clear and effective message. Given it’s unique position as a modern company, operating in a competitive marketplace, KFB recognized the need for establishing a central location from which they could record and broadcast messaging on their ever-evolving suite of insurance solutions and pertinent information to their thousands of members; thus, was born the KFB studio. Working from scratch with the integrator and stakeholders at KFB, a multi-faceted process unfolded where the conversation surrounding function and design came into focus after realizing the multitude of possibilities inherent in this type of space. Through a combination of stylistic appointments, germane to Kentucky and the agricultural industry, and the infusion of smart lighting effects, a dynamic atmosphere was created that allowed KFB to be true to their roots but also exemplify a contemporary medium from which to disseminate information.
What started as a pencil sketch of an idea for a studio has flourished into a multi-purpose epicenter that facilitates communication, team work, and the exchange of ideas that will continue to advance KFB’s growth into the 21st century!
“It literally looked like the renderings just came off the paper!”
