Utah Jazz – Broadcast Studio
As part of their commemoration of the 50th anniversary of ‘Jazz basketball’, and the return of Delta as their premier arena sponsor, the Utah Jazz was looking to overhaul their existing broadcast studio to something that evoked a fresh, new look but still paid tribute to the rich legacy they have built over the last five decades. The team at Creative Dimensions was invited into the project to provide a turn-key approach that included ideation, design, fabrication and installation. The design approach captures the essence of the Delta Arena’s unique stamped-concrete fabrication, while incorporating the latest in LED tiles+lighting that allow the ultimate in flexibility to produce current and throwback branding trends. Along with a portable interview set and new anchor desk, the sleek, clean modern environment is not only utilized for the pre-game, halftime, and post-game broadcasts, but also to host interviews, podcast recordings and behind the scenes shoots for exclusive content to be shared across the team’s media platforms. The combination of tactile set appointments and LED technology have provided a platform from which the team can elevate their game by broadcasting content to their fan base from a dynamic perspective that has assisted to usher in the next era of Jazz basketball..
